Our story
12 Years, 400 Weddings, One Approach
Fling To Ring Weddings was founded in Sydney in 2012 by lead photographer James Hartley. After years of second-shooting for other studios, James wanted to build a team with a shared philosophy: photograph the day honestly, without interrupting it.
Over the past 12 years, we have grown into a studio of four working photographers, covering weddings from intimate garden ceremonies to large receptions across Sydney, the Blue Mountains, the Hunter Valley, and the South Coast.
Every photographer on our team has been personally trained by James and is briefed in detail before every event. The result is a consistent gallery that tells your whole day, not just the highlights.
